Attending a weekly class will support the habit of yoga. These classes are for those who want to make a commitment to learning yoga instead of just doing it. The small number of students provides an intimacy that fosters learning.

Tuesday 9:00am - 10:30am
June 29 - August 24 & September 7 - 14
No class August 31
Basic Level ~ newer yoga students and those in mid-life who prefer a more moderately challenging class with an emphasis on the fundamentals
Wednesday 9:30am - 11:00am
June 30 - August 25 & September 8 - 15
No class September 1
Continuing Level ~ previous yoga experience, standing poses, forward bends, twists, backbends and inversions (poses will be modified to fit the level of each student)
Friday 9:00am - 10:30am
July 1 - August 27 & September 10 - 17
No class September 3

Paula Kout teaches with such patience and clarity that you really grow to understand the poses, and can feel exactly which parts of your body are to be opened, lengthened, extended, and released. She really teaches yoga!
