Includes:

Yoga (appropriate for all levels)
• Friday, 7:00-9:00pm : reception
• Saturday, 9:30am-12:30pm : asana
• 3:00pm-5:00pm : breathing, meditation, restorative
• Sunday, 9:30am-12:30pm : asana

Meals
• Friday: dinner (optional +$12)
• Saturday: breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Sunday : breakfast only

Double Occupancy Room
• With private bath
• Single rooms by request, if available : +$20

• Pay in person or mail in this form with payment.
• Registration and payment must be received by February 12.
• Cancellation Policy: No cancellations accepted after February 12, 2010. If you cancel your reservation on or before February 12, we will refund all but $50

Note: Please bring a mat, 2 blankets, 2 blocks, a belt and a belly bolster. If you do not have any of these, do bring a mat. Wear warm clothing and dress in layers.
